Recruitment
Information you provide to us in the interest of applying for employment may be retained and used for the purpose of reviewing a candidate. Oriana House does not directly collect or process any personal information through our website. Rather, all such information is provided directly through our third-party recruitment portal on their website.
Our third-party application processor is currently UKG. You can find information about UKG’s privacy practices by visiting their official website and reviewing their privacy policy.
Any information you choose to share with us electronically by email may be used by Oriana House, Inc. for the purpose of corresponding with you. Depending on the nature of your message the message contents may be used or retained for business or legal purposes.
Oriana House, Inc. strongly discourages sending any sensitive information like date of birth, social security number, credit card information, or personal medical information by email. If you need to communicate anything sensitive ask us about our secure messaging portal. Messages sent or received in the secure messaging portal are privately stored for your access only and are automatically removed after 14 days.
Our secure messaging portal currently includes Zix, and Zix’s privacy policy can be viewed by visiting their official website and reviewing their privacy policy.
Financial Information
We use third-party payment processors to process payments and donations made to us. Any personal information you enter into our website for a donation or payment is sent directly to a third-party payment processor and is not retained. We never collect or store any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third-party processors on their website. Receipts and general transaction information without your financial details will be sent to us from the payment processor for our records.
